About

David has written three published novels, a non-fiction book about the War of 1812 and scores of magazine articles. For many years he worked as a writer and editor at a small daily newspaper in Maryland. He has taught journalism at Washington College and Cecil College. He is a graduate of Washington College and the Stonecoast MFA program. When not writing or reading, he enjoys working on his old house, running and driving his family crazy by pulling over to read those historical markers by the side of the road.
